Any Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
399be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed by 399be due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Any dispute relating to a specific bet, game outcome, transaction, or account action must be submitted to 399be within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be considered.
399be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 399be will endeavour to notify Account Holders by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice.
The current version of these Terms, as identified by the effective date stated at the top of this document, shall supersede all prior versions.
